Seats & Users Defined

Definitions of what seats and users are and how they work for ScoutIQ.

In ScoutIQ, before you can add a Secondary User, you will have to add a Seat for that User to fill.

Seats: Each "seat" represents an additional User that can be added to your account. Adding additional Users at a reduced monthly rate is a benefit available to our LivePro subscribers.

  • Basic seats cost $10/month

  • Pro seats cost $30/month.

Users: A "user" is an individual who occupies one of the Seats you've purchased. Users can be assigned different roles:

  • Regular User: Has access only to the specific accounts assigned to them and cannot manage other users or billing information.

  • Organizational Admin: Has full access to the account, including managing users, billing, and purchasing seats

Once added, you can customize a User's permissions, including enabling Hidden Mode which limits their access to profit data, showing only ACCEPT or REJECT signals during scouting.
