You can update your payment method through the Payments & Invoices page on Threecolts Hub.
Adding a Payment Method
To update your credit card information, log in to hub.threecolts.com.
Select Payments & Invoices.
Click Manage Payment Methods in the upper right.
Click Add payment method > Add credit card on the right.
Add your Card details and Billing address.
Click Continue.
Changing Payment Methods for Different Subscriptions
If you have multiple payment methods, you can choose which one to use for each subscription.
Navigate to Subscriptions.
Each of your active subscriptions will appear in a box like the one shown below. If the payments are managed through Threecolts Hub, you will be able to manage them here. Under Next bill, click Manage > Update payment method.
Select your preferred card from the dropdown to set it as the default payment method.
If a subscription is not managed through Threecolts Hub, you will see the message, "The invoices is being managed at product level" at step 2. If that is the case, you will need to log in to that product and manage your payments directly from the product account.
Setting a Payment Method as the Default
To set one of your payment methods as the default to be charged for all your different subscriptions, return to Payments & Invoices > Manage Payment Methods. Click the three dots next to the card and click Mark as default.
Removing a Payment Method
To remove a Payment Method, click the three dots next to the card and hit Remove.
Note: Payment methods that are currently being used to pay for active subscriptions cannot be removed.
